Restaurant

The esteemed guest can enjoy their morning tea with rising sun, birds chirping and overlooking the picturesque lake. The guests are provided with both Rajasthani and Continental cuisine in the open lake view restaurant.

Culinary art of the princely state of Rajasthan is judged as the most majestic and royal by the connoisseurs of food. Pure ghee or butter is used as a medium of cooking. Generally, Rajasthani curries are a brilliant red but they are not as spicy as they look.

Chutneys from the locally available spices help to make the food even more interesting A favourite sweet dish called lapsi is prepared with broken wheat (dalia) sautéed in ghee and sweetened. Guests are provided veg, non-veg, continental and traditional rajasthani dishes with vegetables grown at our farm through organic farming.

We serve fresh vegetable and dairy products. If any of the esteemed guests are interested in seeing or learning the method of cooking Rajasthani dishes they can enjoy self cooking with the Dugari Royal Family itself.
